Quality Control
The world wide unique process integrated quality control PiQC is being tested since the beginning of 2007 by one of our long-standing customers. PiQC records all relevant signals from a transducer integrated sensor and ultrasonic generator. The values or signals, which are recorded in real-time, are subjected to a statistical analysis based on a mathematical model in the PiQC box. Useful or necessary values are controlled for evaluation of the bond quality such as mechanical oscillation, current, wire deformation, resonance frequency as well as friction behaviour during the bond process. PiQC is an extensive quality control system. All physically relevant signals are subjected for evaluation in real-time for the first time. This results in a distinct quality index.
